Hi, I’m Kate. I work both with people who feel stuck, whether in patterns they can name or in ways they can’t explain, and with people who are mostly content in their lives but long for something more.My goal isn’t to help you manage a struggling version of yourself, but to help you sustainably shift into a self that’s fully available for a life that fulfills you.

Whether you’re exploring identity or relationship dynamics, moving through a major life transition (career change, relocation, new parenthood, the end of a relationship, bereavement), or struggling with stress and burnout, anxiety and overwhelm, perfectionism and procrastination, performance anxiety and creative blocks, or persistent unexplained symptoms—this work meets you where you are and supports real, lasting change over time.This is a collaborative, steady, and deeply attuned process that unfolds through trust and consistent, reflective engagement. You must be willing to bring your experience forward honestly so we can see it, reflect on it, and work with it together.
Our work is grounded in your ongoing experience and the structures that sustain it—be it trauma, learned or relational patterns, and/or current life circumstances.Sessions typically occur once a week, which tends to offer the best balance of support and integration. If you’re navigating a particularly challenging period, we may be able to increase to multiple times a week for additional support. Remote sessions allow you to connect from the comfort of your own space via video or phone.
I’m a trauma-informed practitioner and certified coach with training in psychodynamic approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Transactional Analysis (TA), EMDR-informed methods, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Rational Living Therapy (RLT). My approach is informed by these modalities and is designed to support nervous system regulation, self-integration, and self-activation.I continue to regularly deepen my training with accredited providers such as the Professional Education Systems Institute (PESI).
