Hi, I’m Kate. I work both with people who feel stuck, whether in patterns they can name or in ways they can’t explain, and with people mostly content in their lives looking to optimize and expand. My goal isn’t to help manage a struggling version of yourself, but to help you sustainably shift into a self that’s fully available for a life that fulfills you.
This work may be a fit if you:• notice yourself stuck in loops that don't seem to shift over time• feel capable but out of sync with yourself or your environment, as though you're not living the life you are meant to• tend to either intellectualize and override your feelings or feel flooded by them• are bothered by a disconnect between what you feel, what you say, and what you do• value depth and fundamental change over coping skills and symptom management• feel that traditional talk therapy, coaching, or spiritual practices never fully clicked for you, or that your progress has plateaued• are navigating identity shifts, major life events, or a prolonged period of distress
Whether you’re exploring your identity or relationships, experiencing a major life transition, or struggling with distressing symptoms, this work meets you where you are and supports real, lasting change. This is a collaborative, steady, and deeply attuned process that unfolds through trust and regular, reflective engagement. You must be willing to bring your experience forward consistently and honestly so that we can see it, reflect on it, and work with it together.
Our work is grounded in your ongoing experience and the structures that sustain it, be it trauma, learned or relational patterns, current circumstances, or lifestyle choices and habits.Sessions typically occur once or twice per week, which tends to offer the best balance of support and integration.
I’m a trauma-informed practitioner and certified coach with training in contemporary psychodynamic and somatic approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Transactional Analysis (TA), EMDR-informed methods, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My approach is informed by multiple modalities and is designed to support nervous system regulation, self-integration, and self-activation, whether you're neurotypical or neurodivergent.I continue to regularly deepen my training with accredited providers such as the Professional Education Systems Institute (PESI).
