Hi, I’m Kate. I work both with people who feel stuck—whether in patterns they can name or in ways they can’t quite explain—and with people who are mostly happy with their lives but want to refine what’s working and go further.My goal isn't to help you manage a struggling version of yourself, but to gently and sustainably help you shift into a self that feels fully available and able to build habits, careers, and relationships that fit and fulfill you.

Whether you’re navigating identity, relationship dynamics, grief/loss, burnout/chronic stress, anxiety/overwhelm, perfectionism/procrastination, performance anxiety/creative blocks, persistent/unexplained physical symptoms, or major life events like career shifts, relocation, or parenting, this work meets you where you are to examine and move forward at a pace that supports real, lasting change.This is a collaborative, steady, and deeply attuned process that unfolds through trust and consistent, reflective engagement. You must be willing to bring your experiences forward honestly so we can see them, reflect on them, and work with them together.
Our work is grounded in your ongoing experience and the structure that sustains it—be it trauma, learned or relational patterns, and/or current circumstances.Sessions typically occur once a week, which tends to offer the best balance of support and integration. If you’re navigating a particularly difficult period, we may be able to increase to twice a week for additional support. Remote sessions allow you to connect from the comfort of your own space, via video or phone.
I’m a trauma-informed practitioner and certified coach with training in psychodynamic approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Transactional Analysis (TA), EMDR-informed methods, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Rational Living Therapy (RLT). My approach is informed by these modalities and is designed to help support nervous system regulation, self-integration, and self-activation.I continue to regularly deepen my training with accredited providers such as PESI (Professional Education Systems Institute) and the National Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists (NACBT).
